International Coworking Day 2023

 

Happy International Coworking Day to all the remote work warriors and office escapees! Held on the 9th of August every year, International Coworking Day is here to celebrate the way dedicated coworking spaces are transforming the way we work remotely. Whether you work for yourself or a company, spending time in a coworking space can leave you feeling uplifted, connected with your community and more productive (debatable, when the kettle is put on).

 

Reasons you might want to try out coworking:

• Working amongst others – even silently – can beat those isolation blues you may feel as a remote worker.
• You can connect with other professionals in your local community; a more casual way to network.
• A change of scenery can stop you from thinking about household chores and give you more focus on the task right in front of you.
• Bounce ideas around and get inspiration from “coworkers”; ideas that can’t be conjured by talking to your cat.
