Finding Your Clients Workshop
One of the most important questions there is to a freelancer is “As a Freelancer, how do I find Clients?”. All clients are different but it is so important that you know exactly who your clients are, and what they want and need from you.
This workshop will give you the resources to do just that.
Some of the areas we will be covering:
– The importance of the customer role
– Customer segments and the client persona.
The client persona is broken down into 3 steps of:
– Finding who they are
– Defining who they are –
– Using the data you have collected and then putting a face and a name to them.
By the end of the session you will know who that number one, ideal client is for your business and you will have that client persona down to a T
About the Host
Hope is a Community Entrepreneurship Developer with Welsh ICE where she facilitates and delivers workshops, events and the 5-9 Club. Most recently bringing the Female Founders 5-9 Club to an end in collaboration with the CORE Project. Hope’s background is in the travel and hospitality industry working around the world and she is still developing her own skills and studying towards a PGCE.
