Try different exercises inspired by the Ikagi technique to help you identify what you enjoy doing, what you are good at, and what other people value.

In this session you will learn:

-The ingredients to feeling fulfilled at work

-Ways to identify what matters to you in your job

-How to set goals and routes to become more fulfilled

Good to know: This session is run using YouTube and is 60 minutes long. The course assumes no prior knowledge or experience so there is no pre-reading necessary. There will be the opportunity to ask questions during the session.
